Carrying bag, rectangular; two handles reinforced with a sponge handle-strap which fastens with Velcro, plus a detachable shoulder strap.

Material: （材料）
1.Shell fabrics: 100% polyester, 1200 x 600 denier, tightly woven and spun to resist puncturing, triple PVC/rubber blend coating material must measure 340GSM as a minimum when coated. The product should not be permeated by water in any of the following situations: prolonged water exposure, heavy top-down watering, forceful water pressure applications, or submersion.

7.Base reinforcement: A removable bottom plate of 1 mm PVC board to the base, dimensions 600 x 230mm (tolerance of +/- 50 mm). One long side of the plate should be attached to the base of the bag and the other long side to be free to move, to ensure that the plate can be flattened when the bag is not in use.

Stitching: (缝纫方法)
Double stitching required and thread quality to be suitable for the material and use specified. Stitching at the ends of the zippers, the handle and the straps to be well reinforced. Stitched width should be maximum of 3 mm. All material edges to be tucked and stretched to prevent fraying.

Packaging and Labelling: （包装及麦头说明）
The bag must be delivered with the shoulder strap packed in the inside bag.
One bag, neatly packed in an individual transparent polypropylene bag, sealed on the three sides, with a non-permanent self-adhesive closure flap (which closes from the top) on the top reverse side. The plastic bags should be sturdy and be resistant to puncturing and should be easy to open and close.
